1. Consultation: This meeting gives us an opportunity to discuss the scope of your project, the budget, the timeframe, and the process. It also gives us an opportunity to address any questions. Our goal during this meeting is to develop an understanding of your needs and to set expectations for your project.

2. Architectural Plans: Some projects require professionally created architectural blueprints. We work regularly with several talented architects and are happy to provide you with contact information for the creation of your plans.

3. Project Estimate: After our initial consultation we prepare a complete cost estimate for your project. To prepare the estimate, we request bids from several contractors to ensure the best value for you. Our bidding and work behind the scenes ensures cost savings and accuracy in the estimate we deliver to you. Once the estimate is complete, we will carefully review it with you to ensure a mutual understanding.

4. Contract Agreement: After all parties have agreed to the terms and scope of the project, an agreement is signed between all parties.

5. Pre-Construction: Prior to the start of construction we will pull all required permits and help you work with vendors to make any necessary cosmetic selections.

6. Pre-Construction Meeting: This meeting gives us an opportunity to review the project, plans, timeline, materials, and budget before construction begins.

7. Start of Construction: Our team will coordinate your project from start to finish, making the process as seamless as possible for you. We will manage each stage of construction with the appropriate trade partner, contractor, vendor, or inspector. We are extremely proud of the work we do and will continually strive to maintain a clean and safe construction site, while respecting your home and family.

8. Project Complete: We will conduct an orientation with you at completion of construction. Our goal during this meeting is to make sure that you are satisfied with the project and that we have exceeded your expectations. During this meeting we will compile a list of items that need attention and schedule times to complete them.
